SHIPPING POLICY - GENERAL CONDITIONS
NorthWest Builders Network will use reasonable commercial effort to ship ordered products on the same business day after the order is placed, if the order is received before 10 AM local time, or on the next business day, if the order is received after 10 AM local time. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Products are available to be shipped only to locations in the United States! Shipping addresses must be a physical location. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Coupons, rewards, and other special promotions cannot be applied to Delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Rush Delivery: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days is available on most merchandise. An additional charge may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Some products require expedited shipping due to size, weight or the perishable nature of the product. Additional charges are listed on the product detail page. Most carriers, including UPS, FedEx and DHL require one day to process your order, so please allow adequate time for this in your delivery computation.
Address Verification: We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family members, please be sure your name is on the account.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: require an additional delivery charge. Due to the unique nature of the item, some products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there is any problem with shipping your product in the stated time, we will attempt to notify you and let you know when you can expect your shipment. You must provide a valid email address on your order for us to contact you about shipping delays or backorder status. Some items may require additional shipping costs and delivery time due to weight, if so you will be contacted with a shippinq cost and estimated time of delivery (ETA).
If your order is placed on backorder, we will still send it via the shipping method you originally specified, unless you notify us otherwise. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, & Approved Purchase Orders. You can fill in our online Credit Application to set up an account and start using purchase orders with us. Normal delivery is by 'Ground' via UPS or FedEx in 7 to 10 business days. Priority Mail may be substituted for Ground on smaller orders. Packages or products that weigh over 100 lbs. may be shipped FOB (Freight On Board) from the manufacturers facility unless other arrangements are made. Special 'Priority Shipping' and 2nd Business Day Air is available on many items.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping methods and cost are determined by product weight and ship to zip code and can be determined on the order page at checkout.
Shipping Your Order
Once your order has shipped, the method of shipping and the carrier will determine when it arrives at your door. Exceptions are communicated on the item's product information page and in the shopping cart on our Web site.
For example, items sold as made-to-order or custom built may have an estimated delivery time of 14-21 business days from the time of order, as stated on their product information page.

Some items may be subject to a surcharge if they're too large, heavy or unusually shaped to ship normally. In most cases, we will attempt to contact you before shipping with additional information.

PRODUCT REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued to the credit card account from the original purchase. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date, less shipping costs. If you are returning a gift, we will refund the credit card used by the purchaser. We do not offer store credit at this time. Software and downloaded products are not refundable. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Return Instructions
To start the return process, call us at 1-888-810-8296 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization
(RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.
Important note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
