NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. gift certificates are available in denominations from $25-$500.00 and will not be taxed. Electronic Gift Certificates can only be purchased with a valid credit card; they cannot be purchased with any other form of payment or combined with other gift certificates, discounts, or promotional offers. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS

We will send you an email confirming your Electronic Gift Certificate purchase. This will be your notification that it has been sent, and your receipt. We will also send your gift recipient an email with instructions on how to redeem your gift, along with your personalized gift message.

HOW TO REDEEM FAQ

To redeem a gift certificate, select an item from our website and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate and Pin number on the first page of checkout. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when you're finished, click the Recalculate button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.

NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted Electronic Gift Certificates. Electronic Gift Certificates cannot be duplicated or forwarded. Gift Certificate amount reflects U.S. dollars and is not for resale or transferrable.

1. Electronic Gift Certificates can only be purchased with a valid credit card; they cannot be purchased with any other form of payment or combined with other gift certificates, discounts, or promotional offers.
2. Each Certificate purchase requires a separate transaction. You cannot purchase one along with other merchandise or more than one in the same cart.
3. Delivery date cannot be specified for Electronic Gift Certificates, so be sure to make your purchase within the 24-hour time frame that you would like your gift to arrive.
4. If undeliverable, we will contact you to verify the recipient's email address. Upon your verification, we will attempt to deliver the Electronic Gift Certificate, via email, once again.
5. We will send you an email confirming your Electronic Gift Certificate purchase. This will be your notification that it has been sent.
