Please take up to 30 days to review any item(s) you ordered on our
website. If you decide a product is not what you expected, return it
and we will refund your money or credit your charge card for the
purchase price of the products*, less shipping charges.
*Exceptions: Custom made, or 'made-to-order' items, videos/DVDs, software
products
(once opened), forms, documents and reports are not returnable.
Manufacturer's warranties may also give you additonal protection.

Manufacturer's 1-Year Limited Warranty
Calculated Industries ("CI") warrants all products against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1)
year from the date of original consumer purchase in the U.S.
If a defect exists during the warranty period, CI at its option
will either repair (using new or remanufactured parts) or replace
(with a new or remanufactured unit) the product at no charge.
THE WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN
DAMAGED by MISUSE, ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER HANDLING
OR OPERATION, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ARE ATTEMPTED OR MADE.
SOME EXAMPLES OF DAMAGES NOT COVERED by WARRANTY INCLUDE, BUT
ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BATTERY LEAKAGE, BENDING, OR VISIBLE CRACKING
OF THE LCD, WHICH ARE PRESUMED TO BE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM
MISUSE OR ABUSE.

CI MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT'S QUALITY, PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AS A
RESULT, THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, KEYSTROKE
PROCEDURES, MATHEMATICAL ACCURACY AND PREPROGRAMMED MATERIAL,
IS SOLD "AS IS," AND YOU THE PURCHASER ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK
AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE.
IN NO EVENT WILL CI BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT
IN THE PRODUCT OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
The warranty, disclaimer, and remedies set forth above are
exclusive and replace all others, oral or written, expressed
or implied. No CI dealer, agent, or employee is authorized
to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied
warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Product Returns
Customers wishing to return Calculators, Lasers or other meauring
tools to NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. must first call our
office (541-868-0120) and obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
number. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance,
and must be obtained within 30 days of purchase date. Returns
will be handled according to the following schedule:

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement
within 30 days of Customer invoice date. Replacements will
be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground
shipment at our expense, unless customer requests an upgrade
at their expense. Advance replacements are available, but must
be paid for at the time replacement ships. Shipping address
will be provided to customer at issuance of RG. Return shipping
on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original
shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written
visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product
defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
NorthWest Builders Network, Inc. is not responsible for any
item not received at its return address. Allow 14-21 business
days for processing returns.
