Product Warranties - Manufacturer's
The sole warranties with respect to NorthWest Builders,
Inc. products are the limited manufacturers warranties
included with the products. We do however, make every
effort to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase
and that all our suppliers stand firmly behind their
products.
EZ Edge Threshold Ramp Manufacturer's Warranty™
The manufacture warrants that EZ Edge™ Ramp Transitions (SKU's begin with
RAEZ-) will be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of
10 years from the date of purchase.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the above listed items to us, for any reason in its original condition, for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. We will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Returns only accepted for exchange or refund if product(s) are returned, unmodified, in the original condition received. All items must be returned in their original box. Please contact us at: 1-888-810-8296 before returning any product.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item's. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive your return.
AccessAble Transfer Benches, Tables & Accessories
The warranty on all AccesAble Designs (SKU's begin with AAD-) transfer benches & tables
is 5 years against defects. There are no returns allowed, unless
item is misordered, in which case, you
must notify us within 5 days of receipt of product. Please contact us at 1-888-810-8296 prior
to returning the product for return authorization. Return shipping paid by
customer.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item's. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive your return.
ADA Products Return Policy - General
All returnable ADA Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. With ANY return, please contact us at 1-888-810-8296 prior to returning the product, so that we can provide all necessary information. If you are not satisfied with your product (except software), you may return it to us within 30 days after the date of purchase for exchange or refund at our descretion, subject to the terms & conditions of the Manufacturer's return policy (please check product for specifics).
Shipping and Handling charges will not be reimbursed. Once we receive your returned merchandise, a check for the credit amount will be sent directly to you, or a credit will be issued to your credit card. For your protection, we recommend that you return your item by a traceable method and have it insured.
We will accept any defective item back to exchange it for the exact replacement item only, if it is returned to us within 30 days after the date of purchase. If the exact item is not available upon receipt of the returned item, a substitution may be made at our discretion.
